AGAVE PRODUCTS

The Tierra Group produces two types of agave products: agave syrup and agave inulin. All our products are organic and made from premium blue agave that we grow and harvest on our own farms and process at our own facilities. All our products are certified by multiple quality and fair trade assurance organizations, including USDA Organic, EU Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, Kosher, Halal, C-TPAT, FSSC 22000 and an UL-Social Audit.

AGAVE SYRUP

Bluava® Agave Syrup is obtained from the Blue Agave plant Tequilana Weber by physical extraction, hydrolysis and purification of the naturally occurring fructans in the agave sap. It is a premium sweetener, 1.5 times sweeter than table sugar and certified Organic, Kosher, Halal and Non-GMO while being gluten free and vegan friendly.  More Information…

AGAVE INULIN

Fiber-Blu® Inulin is offered in both power and liquid forms. It is obtained by physical extraction and purification of the branched fructans occurring naturally in the Blue Agave plant Tequilana Weber. Inulin is a rich source of dietary fiber (90%+) and certified Organic, Kosher, Halal and Non-GMO while being gluten free and vegan friendly.  More Information…

AGAVE CONCENTRATE

Still Hard Agave Concentrate is a one-of-a-kind product used in the production of agave spirits. Unlike agave syrup, this uniquely blended product works in harmony with distiller’s current equipment and allows for quicker fermentation times while still maintaining the prefect balance of true-blue agave flavor allowing distillers to use their own creativity towards the final product.
