Social Responsibility

Acting in a socially and environmentally responsible way has become an important component to the success of our business. The Tierra/IMAG teams feels a huge responsibility to the land and its people and continues to set the bar high.

The IMAG team provides in-house medical facilities for all employees and works to insure the community that its workers live in are enriched through the many programs they currently sponsor such as, the Ballet Folklórico Xalisco, local nursing homes, Red Cross and Chamber of Commerce (Teptitlan) as well as local football and cycling teams. IMAG also has donated protective equipment and uniforms to the municipality waste disposal service in their town.

The Tierra team has become an active participant in our communities many youth programs, sponsoring annual programs such as; DARE and Community Safety Net, a program for safety awareness and education. Tierra also donates to the community fire departments, YMCA and sponsors many high school athletic teams through our public school system. Tierra is also a proud sponsor of a Mexican cycling team in the same town that our factory is currently located in.

Through these efforts the Tierra-IMAG team helps people in our communities gain assistance to a brighter future.
